In an interview with CNN, Republican Presidential nominee hopeful Donald Trump said “I think Islam hates us”.
Not only does this not make any sense, since Islam is not a person, such rhetoric is divisive.
In response, Muslims took to Twitter to highlight some Muslim contributions to society.
The Muslim Vibe website who promoted the hashtag kicked it off with this tweet:
