Somali-American Wins Dubai International Qur’an Competition 2018

Ahmed Burhan Muhammad, a Somali-American from Minneapolis, USA, has won the 22nd Dubai International Qur’an Competition 2018/1439.

Judges chose him as the winner out of 103 participants from all over the world after he recited beautifully with excellent tajweed.

In second place was Hamza Bashir Salem from Libya and in third place was Muhammad bin Abdul Qadir from Tunisia.
